Direct Express is terrible, I have been working with them for a little over 4 years, the first 3 years there was no one to talk to, now they are blocking my card. They say that my home and cell phones do not belong to me. Judging by the reviews https://direct-express.pissedconsumer.com/review.html they are scammers.
